I am dedicated, determined and diligent. One of my biggest real estate accomplishments was sticking by my client after the listing fell through four times. When it finally closed, seeing the client happy made it worth the extra time. It is hard work like this that has earned me a place among one of Long Realty's prominent groups, the Executive Club.
I never get tired of looking at houses and you would be surprised how much you can learn with each house. Visualizing the possibilities of a home and how it fits in with my clients goals is one of my favorite parts of being a REALTOR®. It is easy for me to see possibilities because I enjoy remodeling homes myself. I'm not afraid of power tools and have been known to be thrifty when doing my own DIY projects, like mixing left over paint to make a new color.
Originally from a small town in Indiana, I was thrilled to move to our "little big town." I spent four years in Vail before moving to Green Valley in 2015. There is so much to do around town! Everything happens here - you name it, we got it. In my spare time, I enjoy learning new ways to be old fashioned, like growing produce, making soap and lotions - learning a new skill is always rewarding.
As a people-person, the social aspect of real estate really called to me when I first started. That couldn't be more true today. Many of my clients become friends. I had a past client/new friend who was feeling down so I invited her and her husband out with me. By the end of the evening she had sung and danced and no longer felt down. I love being able to be there for my clients even after the last box is unpacked.
